Privacy policy
We respect your privacy and all personal information from our customers remains confidential. Information collected is used only as agreed to process your order, confirm payment and/or for further correspondence between Gecko Tots and Yourself. Personal details are not sold, redistributed or otherwise disclosed unless required by law.
Your email address will only be used to make contact with you regarding your purchase or to notify you of new arrivals of stock and sales. Information is not sold to other parties. Your personal information is protected by Australian privacy laws.
Security
Gecko Tots uses 128 Bit SSL encryption capabilities to process payment transactions on the internet. It works by using a private key to encrypt data that is transferred over the SSL connection such as credit card numbers. This is the highest level of encryption used on the internet today and complies to all the payment gateway and bank rules.
Back orders
While every effort is made to keep details current there may be an occasion when your item is not in stock when you order. We will contact you to discuss the following options:
• Expected delivery date of new stock
• Changing your order
• Cancelling your order – refunds will be made by direct deposit into your nominated account

Payment options
Online
You can elect to pay with Visa and MasterCard online. This website uses a secure server using 128-bit SSL encryption, which means all of your personal information is encrypted to protect your details from fraud.
Direct Transfer
You can elect to make an electronic transfer into Gecko Tots's nominated account. Using your order number for payment reference. Our bank account details will be supplied to you when selecting this option at the checkout.
Order by Post
Money orders or cheques can be sent with a copy of your order confirmation to:

Order by Fax
If you prefer the option of paying by credit card but do not wish to submit your details online an authority to debit your credit card account can be emailed to you for completion. The form can be then be faxed back to Gecko Tots on (02) 49478878.
