Shipping
Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of confirmed payment. Electing to use a payment option other than credit card can delay this timeframe.
All items are sent through Australia Post. A flat rate of $8.80 will be charged for deliveries within Australia and AU$22.00 for international deliveries. Postage and handling costs are added to your order at the checkout.
You will have the option to have your item(s) delivered to your billing address or you can nominate a different address for example to send direct to a gift recipient.
Exchange policy
It is important to Gecko Tots that your purchase meets your expectations. In addition to your statutory rights Gecko Tots will
Exchange an item should you change your mind if:
- the item is returned within 14 days of the shipment date and
- is accompanied by your initial invoice and
- the item is in its original condition as purchased (unworn, unwashed) with all labels / tickets attached and
- is returned in its original packaging
In all instances, please contact Gecko Tots prior to returning an item by emailing info@geckotots.com with your order details, new sizing requirements or motivation for requesting a return. An appropriate course of action will then be agreed.

In instances where the exchange/return is not due to a quality issue Gecko Tots will require a self-addressed envelop with prepaid postage to be included for re-delivery of your item. Once items have been received, the agreed course of action will be completed promptly. Gecko Tots cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. We suggest you consider this when selecting a mailing option for returns.
